Return & Refund Policy
Unopened products can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us here or at email@example.com to receive shipping instructions. Proof of purchase is required; order will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the return. Initial shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your method of payment within one week.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns should be shipped with tracking. Contact us here or at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping instructions.
Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges can only be made if the original product is unopened. Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchange or replacement product may vary.
