What is the difference between the Classic and the Carbon?

Both the Classic and Carbon packets have 9 grams of the active ingredient and will absorb ethylene gas for up to three months. The Carbon packets have an extra 4 grams of activated carbon to give you the added benefit of odor absorption. If that is something you are looking for, then the Activated Carbon will be better for you. If odors in your fridge are not a concern, the Classic Produce Saver will work just fine.
