Clean, white bulbs (or other color typical of the variety); well cured (dried neck and outer skins); cloves should be firm to the touch.

Ideal Storage Conditions

Location: Room Temperature; store in well-ventilated area in the pantry.
Temperature: 30 to 32 F (-1 to 0 C)
Relative Humidity: 65 to 70%
Approximate Storage Life: 6-7 months*

Ethylene Production: Very Low
Ethylene Sensitivity: Low

Do not wash before storing. Place in a VeggieZips™ produce bag if desired. A HydroLiner™ is not necessary.
